Room Reservation
At the time of booking a credit card is required to hold your reservation. The equivalent of 1 nights cost will be charged to your credit card immediately. For people without a credit card, a cheque or money order is required and upon receipt we will confirm your reservation. Check in anytime after 3pm, checkout by 11:00am. Late arrival, please inform us at time of booking.
Payment Options
All prices are based on double occupancy, quoted in Canadian Dollars. We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards only. We also accept Cheques, Money Orders and of course Cash. Payment is due in full at the end of your stay.
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is very simple. Contact us to cancel 7 or more days before your first night and we will refund your 1 nights deposit less a $25 administration fee. If you are unable to give us 7 days notice we will make every effort to rebook the room. If we are able to rebook then we will be happy to return your deposit less the administration fee.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in and near the building at any time. Smoking is permitted in designated areas only and as it is very dry during the summer, we ask that all 'butts' be disposed of properly.
